4. Dairy fat can be taken, but should contain butterfat less than 1%.
5. Multivitamin, mineral supplements, and good source of omega 3 fatty acid such as cod liver oil and oily fish can be given daily.

7. It should be noted that processed food containing saturated fat should be avoided.
8. Butter, cocoa butter, coconut oil, palm oil, lard, and hydrogenated fat should not be taken at any cost.
9. Eat normal amount of sea food for 2 to 3 times per week
10. Swank diet has no restriction for water consumption.
11. There are no restrictions on fresh vegetables, fruits, nuts, and seeds.
12. Any food that is intolerant to the multiple sclerosis sufferers should be avoided.
13. No alcohol consumption absolutely.
