Generic Diflucan has a good oral bioavailability of 94% which is excreted unchanged in urine with a half life of 25 to 30 hours. It produces very few side effects like nausea, vomiting, abdominal pain, rashes and headache. Absolute contraindications include pregnant and lactating women.
