Try increasing the intake of vitamin b in the food by taking grains, seafood and red meat. These are also high in zinc. Dark green leafy vegetables are always rich in iron. Include more foods which are rich in fiber content as these help in blood sugar imbalances and they are full of nutrients which are essential for our body.
