If there breathing is too slow pinch the nose closed and opens the mouth, by lifting the chin up. If you are confident about the breathing, then check for pulse. By checking the pulse you can assess the circulation. If there is no circulation, start to compress the chest. This is done by pressing the chest using the hands at a greater speed and also with force of 100bpm. Continue the bumping till the patient response by coughing.
